We offer two versions of contingency recruitment. There is traditional contingency, and what we call modified contingency for clients looking for greater assurance they will find the candidate they want.
Retained recruitment
We commit multiple seasoned recruiters to your search to provide multiple candidates in the shortest time possible.
Under this arrangement, we invest the resources needed to effectively guarantee a hire, and agree to stay with you until the position is filled.
Special Projects
We are available to supplement your in-house efforts with non-recruitment services. These may include market research, candidate type identification, candidate pool development, candidate vetting, and translation services. Projects are estimated in advance and work is undertaken at predetermined hourly rates.
